How do I place an order?

Once you have found something you love, simply choose your style and size on the product page and then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order

We’ll get busy preparing your order and update you every step of the way!

I can’t wait to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text with your Tracking Number. Simply copy and paste the number into the box on the Track Order page to track your order status

What if I change my mind? Can I modify my order?

We get it! Sometimes we need to make changes to a Portrait. That's why, when you order a canvas or a poster, you will receive a Proof within 48 hours to make sure you are absolutely happy. If you need our designers to make any changes, simply contact us at support@K9HeroStore.com.

Just remember, once you receive your Proof, you will have to 24 hours to Approve it or Request a revision (limit of one revision). If we have not heard back from you within that 24 hours, your order will automatically go into production and it's too late to request any changes.

I placed my order, but haven't received my confirmation email yet. What should I do?

First of all, check your spam folder - to ensure that future emails don't go to the spam folder, learn how to Whitelist our Email, so that you always receive our emails straight to your inbox

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once you approve your Proof

We will notify you once your order has been sent. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your tracking number while your order is custom-printed, packaged and shipped from our facility in the United States

The Estimated Delivery Time for orders in the US is 10-15 days and 3 to 5 weeks to other countries but may vary due to shipping issues beyond our control

If your package is damaged during delivery, please send us photos of the packaging and your item, and we will resend your order free of charge

My package never arrived. What should I do?

How much is shipping and handling?

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Where are my items coming from?

Our products are all made in the United States

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?

If you're not head over heels, in love with your product, then let us know! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed items, free of charge. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for further details.
